Terms of Service

Welcome to Learnin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Learnin mobile and web applications (the "Service") operated by Donovan Donovan ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using Learnin, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Learnin. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Your Account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person per account. Don't share your account with others.
• You can delete your account at any time directly from the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account).

AI-Generated Content

Learnin uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate courses, lessons, quizzes, and recommendations based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors.
• Learnin content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for verifying critical information from authoritative sources before acting on it.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove AI-generated content at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, pornographic, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or datasets.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any input you provide (topic interests, questions, etc.). By submitting input, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service — for example, generating lessons personalized for you or anonymized analysis to improve content quality.

Reporting Harmful Content

If you see content in Learnin that is inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful, use the Report option available on every lesson, or email donovankdon@gmail.com. We review all reports and remove content that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Learnin may offer optional paid subscriptions. If you subscribe:

• Charges are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe as applicable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage cancellations through the relevant store (Apple ID, Google Play, or your Learnin account).
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• Current pricing is shown in-app before purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our Service, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time from within the app.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT GENERATED BY AI IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNIN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
